Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN Center Administrator for an interim contract assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Rochester NH.
Requirements:
Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of New Hampshire (Required)
23 years of recent Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting (Required)
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines state surveys and regulatory compliance (Required)
Excellent leadership communication and crisis management skills
Ability to commit to the full 9-week contract duration
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day operational leadership and overall management of the facility
Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations
Supervise department heads and clinical leadership to maintain quality resident care
Manage budgets monitor expenses and allocate resources efficiently
Serve as primary contact for residents families staff and regulatory agencies
Oversee staffing levels employee relations and recruitment needs
Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment
Support and monitor quality improvement initiatives
