How Youll Make an Impact
Design and develop presentations elearning modules videos and supporting materials.
Create storyboards scripts and interactive activities aligned with learning objectives.
Write clear concise content that simplifies complex concepts.
Integrate visuals animations and interactive elements to boost engagement.
Ensure accessibility standards and user-friendly digital experiences.
Review and edit materials for accuracy consistency and compliance.
Refine training materials based on SME and learner feedback.
Explore new tools and trends to continually enhance learning impact.
Your Background
Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development.
Proficiency with elearning tools (Articulate 360 Captivate iSpring EasyGenerator).
Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Skilled communicator and collaborative partner.
Preferred: Video editing/graphic design skills (Camtasia Adobe Creative Suite) LMS experience SCORM/xAPI and accessibility knowledge.
