Job Title: Assessment Center Specialist

Location: El Reno or Cowan campus

Reports To: Assessment Center Coordinator

FLSA Status: 12 months/Non-Exempt

SUMMARY

Schedule administer and monitor assessments/tests to provide support to programs and services delivered by Canadian Valley Technology Center. Works under the supervision and direction of the Assessment Center Coordinator. Must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED and one-year related experience and/or training in an educational setting. Strong computer literacy skills preferred to include MS Office and Google Docs.

  • Display professional attitude toward fellow workers supervisors students and patrons at all times.
  • Work under the supervision and direction of the Assessment Center Coordinator.
  • Schedule administer and monitor assessments/tests.
  • Create and maintain student records and files with attention to detail.
  • Develop and provide reports as necessary to supervisor and administration.
  • Be able to train and pass various proctor certification exams.
  • Assist in the requisition pickup delivery and recordkeeping of assessment tests supplies and equipment.
  • Greet students visitors faculty and staff and provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Apply computer literacy skills across multiple platforms including Microsoft Office and Google.
  • Adhere to all school policies procedures and safety protocols.
  • Plan and prioritize duties so they can be completed efficiently and timely.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
