Job Description:
- Providing administrative support for HR processes including talent acquisition payroll training & development and employee records management
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating and participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
- Maintaining a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Supporting the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR administrative role preferably in a consulting or engineering environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to maintain and update HR databases and records
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset willing to learn and contribute to the teams success
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Salary Range: RM3500 - RM5000
