This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in B2B tech sales capable of identifying new business opportunities managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Work Schedule
Key Responsibilities

Identify qualify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the technology sector

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting needs analysis solution presentation negotiation and closing

Engage with decision-makers and technical stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements

Position technical solutions effectively aligning product value with client needs

Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal technical and account teams to ensure successful client onboarding

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Candidate Requirements

German: C2 / Native level (mandatory)

English: B2 level or higher

Proven experience in B2B technical sales (mandatory)

Strong understanding of technology solutions and consultative sales methodologies

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently

Availability to work on-site in Berlin
Salary & Benefits

Fixed Monthly Salary: 3100 gross
