As aDirector Application Evolution Services ManagedServices (AES/AMS)youllwork as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsible forprovidingEvolution andManagedServices includingTesting as a Serviceas anAES/AMSDirector
Identifyingand addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networkingnegotiationand persuasion skills toidentifyand sell (as part of a team) potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements project workflow budgetsbillingand collection
Offer experience within HCM/Finance/Supply Chain solutions toprovidefunctional insight andthought-leadership
Collaborating with teams(including PwC member firms)to generate a visionestablishdirection and motivate members create an atmosphere of trustleveragediverse views coachstaff and encourage improvement and innovationusing AI/GenAI and automation tools.
Playing an active role in discussing and developing solutions with the Alliance and the Cloud technology consulting teams
Leading and contributing to business development activitieswritingand presenting of proposals responding to RFPs and developing the AES/AMS practice
Soliciting information from the clients to effectively qualify and scope opportunities
Projecting executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives and senior partners
Definingmonitoringand delivering onclientobjectives schedule and budget by understanding the business goals and the clients statement of work
Coordination withproject team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on time delivery
Providing leads with guidance and recommendations on direction priority resource allocation and scheduling
Managing all aspects of budgets and change requests
Managing 3rd partynearshoreoroffshore resources
Experiences and skillsyoulluse to solve
Have high visibility among internal leadership and client stakeholders hence prior experience in effective and regular communication including status and project vision to all stakeholders is a must have
Extensiveexperience withfull lifecycle HR and/or Financials/Supply ERP experience leading implementations of Oracle Cloud solutions for complex organizations
Effective communication that is critical for appreciating the nuances between technical andnon-technicalaudiences
Proven years of experience in large-scale complex IT project management business transformations and systems implementationandtwo years of managed services. At leastfiveyearsofmanagement experiencein the tech sector
Proventrack recordof successfully deliveringCloud basedapplication solutions withhypercareor managed services.
Demonstrated experience leading teams (including remote)and providing thought leadership inOperationalExcellence
Post secondary education considered an asset
Language skills: bilingualproficiencyin French and English considered an asset
