The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead supervise and coach team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities policies and processes.
- Lead supervise and coach team with booking and coordination of injury prevention and wellbeing services including but not limited to injury prevention services health monitoring pre-employment and fitness for duties assessments.
- Liaise with Health and Medical Practitioners regarding results and upcoming assessments.
- Provide clinical expertise and oversight across a number of medical assessments and outcomes.
Qualifications :
We are looking for:
- Knowledge of pre-employment medicals health surveillance and other occupational medical services.
- Health related degree desirable.
- Working with Children Check (based on residing State)
- Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Savvy including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Time management skills.
