Job Summary
Join us as our new Crewing Coordinator
As a Crewing Coordinator you will be a member in DOFs Crewing department a dynamic and collaborative team of motivated positive and enthusiastic employees. You will be the key person responsible for crewing and coordinating offshore personnel.
Your diverse range of responsibilities will include sourcing candidates as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing personnel. Additionally you will play a vital role in preparing roster updates work schedules and personnel this role you will also assist with organizing visa applications work permits and project-specific training.

Requirements
- Relevant education bachelors or masters degree
- Maritime industry knowledge and/or interest
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Highly service minded enthusiastic and solution oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
