As an Associate Teaching Fellow you will:

Deliver and provide innovative & effective teaching practices to enhance student success and engagement while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials activities and assessments working collaboratively with the Unit Chair and teaching team to support curriculum innovation.
Provide constructive feedback on student performance using clear assessment criteria and actively contribute to moderation processes to ensure consistency and quality of assessment and feedback.
Engage in professional development opportunities and maintain a commitment to educational excellence.

To be successful youll have:

A combination of qualifications and/or experience in this discipline or related disciplines deemed equivalent to the minimum academic requirement to be enrolled in or completed a PhD.
Recent relevant professional practice experience (within the past five years).
Demonstrated passion for teaching and learning.
Excellent organisational skills effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines successfully.
Ability to deliver effective teaching practices to improve student success and engagement
Capacity to contribute to teaching and related administration including the ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures relevant to teaching and student support and welfare.
Interest for transnational education and ability to deliver teaching programs in Australia.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
Emerging record of scholarly learning and teaching in postgraduate or undergraduate programs.
