Work Schedule:

This is a 100% FTE full-time salaried position with typical hours between 7:30 am 5:00 pm Monday Friday. No holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department as some off hours and weekends may be a weeks time you will work at University Hospital 1 S Park St and Eastpark Medical Center in Madison WI.

You will:

Assist the RN clinic manager in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the adult ambulatory setting.
Supervise and manage a team of 29 direct reports which includes RNs and LPNs at three different urology clinic locations.
Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.
Facilitate communication coordination and collaboration among disciplines while establishing and focusing on quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

Work Experience

2 years of RN experience Required
1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

RN licensed in the state where employed Required
Applicable clinical certification Preferred
