QuickfirmX is hiring now Inbound Customer Service Agents for Naos Solutions English-speaking night shift (C1 required).
Youll handle inbound calls and emails ensuring a smooth and professional support experience for international clients.
Handle inbound customer interactions (email & voice)
Resolve account product or service-related issues
Provide accurate and professional responses in English
Follow internal processes and quality standards
Deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure proper documentation and logging of all interactions
Take part in required training
Meet KPI and performance targets
English Level: C1 (Fluent very mild or no accent)
Experience: Previous call center experience is a must
Education: Graduates & gap year students accepted (No undergraduates)
Availability: Full-time on-site
Days Worked: 5 days per week
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Shift Timing: Night shift 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (1-hour break included)
Total Salary Package: 15100 EGP (Gross) / month
Base Salary: 11000
Attendance Bonus: 1500
KPI Bonus: 1500
Transportation Allowance: 1100
