The Opportunity & Role Profile
This prestigious academy requires a strategic School Business Manager to oversee the non-teaching operations of the school. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for financial planning procurement and the effective management of support services to ensure the schools continued success.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
Financial Oversight: Managing the schools multi-million-pound budget ensuring long-term financial sustainability and audit compliance.
Strategic Leadership: Overseeing HR estates and IT support services to drive operational efficiency.
Income Generation: Developing and implementing strategies for additional revenue through grants and community lettings.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Proven experience in financial or business management ideally within an educational or public sector setting. Professional qualifications (e.g. CSBM/DSBM) are highly desirable.
Salary: Highly competitive salary (expected 52000 - 65000 per annum).
