Job Summary
A secondary school in Bath is seeking a dependable and proactive Site Assistant to support the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the school premises. This is a full-time permanent role starting in January and would suit someone looking to develop experience within site and facilities management.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the maintenance security and general upkeep of the school buildings and grounds
Assisting with routine health and safety checks inspections and compliance tasks
Carrying out basic repairs maintenance work and site tasks as required
Supporting site opening closing and security procedures
Assisting with deliveries room setups and preparation for school events
Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure site standards and compliance are maintained
Responding promptly to site-related issues during the school day
