Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
Teaching Art and Design across KS3 and KS4 delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
Planning engaging and well-structured lessons that encourage creativity confidence and technical development
Supporting students in developing visual communication critical thinking and independent artistic practice
Assessing moderating and standardising coursework in line with examination board requirements
Providing constructive feedback to support student progress and attainment
Maintaining high standards of presentation behaviour and engagement in lessons
Contributing to departmental planning curriculum development and enrichment activities

Experience & Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Art and Design at secondary level
A strong passion for creative education and student expression
Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
