Tubeke Belgium (near Halle)
Hybrid up to 3 days remote

Were now looking for a UC Support Engineer to join our team and be the technical backbone behind our UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) platform.

About the job
As a UC Support Engineer youll work closely with our partners and customers to ensure our solutions run smoothly from installation to innovation.
Youll be part of a team that values collaboration continuous learning and technical excellence.
About you
Youre a curious and hands-on problem solver who enjoys diving into new technology and helping others succeed. You think like a customer communicate clearly and love the challenge of troubleshooting.
What you bring:
Broad IT knowledge and a genuine interest in new technologies
Customer-first mindset and strong analytical skills
Understanding of IP networking VoIP and Unified Communications
Organized proactive and always looking to improve processes
Languages:
Fluent in Dutch and French or fluent in French and English you can confidently deliver trainings in both
Comfortable with technical English
