Job Description

Review analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies.
Perform business process reengineering and identify technology solutions for business problems.
Prepare solution options risk identification and financial analyses (cost/benefit ROI buy/build).
Write detailed descriptions of user needs program functions and steps for developing or modifying programs.
Work in a SAFe Agile environment on system modernization and Medicaid application enhancements.
Provide project and product oversight for Medicaid IT-Contracted Systems and integrated projects.
Assist in creating and maintaining processes and project documentation.
Act as IT stakeholder for application enhancement initiatives with multiple MES vendors.

Key Requirements

8 years experience in business systems analysis and process reengineering.
Preferred:
- 3 years in Agile (SAFe) environment.
- Knowledge of Texas HHSC processes and Medicaid/CHIP systems.
- PMP certification
