Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle RMCS AR & Subscription Management Cloud Consultant (O2C)

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Consultant with hands-on expertise in Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) Accounts Receivable (AR) Or Subscription Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The role focuses on implementing and supporting subscription-based and order-driven revenue models in compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle RMCS Cloud for subscription and O2C revenue recognition.
Configure and manage Oracle AR Cloud including invoicing receipts adjustments and revenue accounting.
Design and support end-to-end O2C flows including:
- Order Management / Subscription Management
- Billing and invoicing
- Revenue recognition and reporting
Configure RMCS components such as:
- Performance obligations
- Revenue allocation rules
- Standalone Selling Price (SSP)
- Contract modifications and variable consideration
Integrate RMCS with:
- Oracle AR Cloud
- Oracle Subscription Management Cloud
- Oracle Order Management Cloud
Support period close revenue reconciliation audit support and reporting.
Work directly with Finance Business and IT stakeholders for requirements and solution design.

Required Skills & Experience

6 years of Oracle Cloud Financials experience.
Hands-on Oracle RMCS Cloud experience (mandatory).
Strong experience with Oracle AR Cloud.
Experience with Subscription-based or O2C revenue models.
Strong knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
Experience in UAT data migration and production support.
Excellent functional documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Oracle Subscription Management Cloud experience.
SaaS / recurring revenue / usage-based billing experience.
Oracle Financials Cloud certification.
