Job Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking a Remote Wellness Planning Consultant to support clients in planning and coordinating wellness-focused travel experiences. This role involves researching organizing and confirming travel-related services including accommodations wellness retreats and spas venue reservations flights and ground transportation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented client-focused and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel goals preferences and budget considerations
- Research destinations accommodations wellness experiences transportation options and activities tailored to individual client needs
- Coordinate and confirm bookings for accommodations transportation and related services
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding itineraries documentation and travel details
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Stay informed on destination updates travel advisories and industry offerings
- Provide ongoing customer support before and during travel as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using online booking platforms and standard office software
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in hospitality travel coordination customer service or a related field is preferred
