Reach out to prospective customers through calls emails and WhatsApp to explain our programs and services.
Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions to help them begin their health transformation journey.
Manage and update leads interactions and progress in CRM tools accurately.
Follow up with potential leads to drive conversion and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and retention.
Handle customer concerns and queries with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages preferred) any south indian Language must .
Confident proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
A positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow in a high-performance environment.
