Objective:
Purpose of this position is to enable the performance of EM India Regional President office with technical assistance to implement organizations short mid and long-term goals perform and manage day to day tasks in a highly efficient manner
Primary Responsibilities:
- Envision and support EM India Regional President to prepare and execute the strategy for profitable growth of EM-IN.
- Support EM India Regional President with decision matrix preparation to take key decisions on all KPIs (TNS EBIT Quality Targets PCR RMI etc.).
- Resolve internal conflicts within EM-IN business framework as 1st point of escalation to ER/RP-IN office
- Manage and balance both EM-INs and External stakeholders interests including both communication and engagement
- Support EM/RP-IN in all key management meetings by preparing presentations documentation and ensuring implementation of actions
- Plan and curate agenda for visits including high level delegate visits including GS EM/BVs GPs and NE Government officials Industry bodies etc. and visits to GmbH by EM/PR-IN.
- Screen and analyze both internal and external informations disseminate important communications consolidate MIS reports for top management regular business updates to relevant internal stakeholder and ensure connects and exchanges between associate and EM-IN management.
- Manage strategic focus projects and topics of EM/RP-IN together with respective functions and drive till conclusion
- Support resp. RBU/ENG with consolidation of engineering data covering product development strategies system strategy technology landscape and R&D KPIs
Qualifications :
Academics:
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- * Masters or equivalent in Financial / Business Management (desirable)
Experience:
5-10 yrs Experience in Cross-Domain Functions (Background : Engineering Sales Product
Management Controlling Manufacturing etc)
