Job Summary

Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the North region. This is a key leadership role responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets and fostering a high-performing team. Pharmaceutical and Oncology experience is highly desirable.

Regional Sales Manager - Neuro Oncology

Place of work: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi

Responsibility What will you be responsible for:

Achieving defined annual sales objectives at the regional level. Promoting company products image and reputation. Managing training and developing regional personnel.

Specifically the activities will be:

Leading and mentoring a team of Sales Personnel (Scientific Business Executives Senior Scientific Executives Scientific Executives Scientific Officers and Trainee Scientific Officers). Developing and implementing regional sales strategies. Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Experience What requirements are we looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a preference for candidates with cardiology experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Requirements/Skills What requirements are we looking for

Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in sales strategies and techniques. Strong business acumen.

Level of study What requirements are we looking for

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
