Job Summary

Job Title: Sr QA Manual Engineer

Location: Remote India

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to ensure high quality delivery of SaaS based HRMS products through strong manual and automation testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead manual and automation testing across releases
Create and execute test plans and test cases
Perform functional regression integration and API testing
Track and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools
Collaborate with development and product teams in Agile sprints
Mentor QA team members

Skills and Experience

Ten plus years of software testing experience with three plus years in a lead role
Strong manual testing skills with exposure to automation tools
Experience in web API and database testing
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
