The Supplier Onboarding Analyst is responsible for managing the complete onboarding process of suppliers onto the e-procurement platform. This includes collecting and verifying documentation ensuring compliance with platform requirements resolving issues and providing training and support. The role requires strong organizational communication and customer service skills as well as experience with e-procurement platforms.

Location:White Plains New York United States
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding suppliers onto the e-procurement platform.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers understand and comply with platform requirements and standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams.
- Provide training and support to suppliers on how to use the e-procurement platform effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Access)
- Good organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to use sound judgment
- Ability to establish effective relationships with team members
- Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement supply chain or a relevant role
