Job Summary
Program/Project Analyst
Charlotte NC- fully onsite 100%

Requirements
- 4 years of experience in reporting and analytics using Excel PowerPoint Jira Confluence
- Experience with ALM Octane is highly preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to present complex data in a clear digestible format
- Skilled in defining and managing KPIs/OKRs dashboards and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decisions including automation initiatives.
- Will be required to provide capacity planning reporting and PowerPoint presentations
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; consistently produces executive-ready deliverables such as briefings decision memos and strategic roadmaps.
- Strong Project Management background required must know the lifecycle of a project
- Must be able to analyze data and provide results
