Role Summary:
The ITSM Process Consultant specializes in designing improving and implementing IT service management processes aligned with ITIL standards and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current IT service management processes and recommend improvements.
Lead workshops with stakeholders to define requirements and process flows.
Develop documentation for service catalog incident problem change and configuration processes.
Support adoption and governance of ITSM practices through ongoing coaching and training.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business-driven process objectives.
