- Full accountability for regional financial operations across various locations
- Accurate and insightful financial reporting to support senior leadership
- Ownership of budgeting forecasting and long-range financial planning
- Enhancement of financial controls governance and regulatory compliance
- Oversight of operational finance processes including reconciliations payroll reviews and payment approvals
- Collaboration with regional and branch leaders to optimize performance
- Contribution to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
Who We Are Looking For:
- CA(SA)
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior finance management role within a multi-site or operational environment
- Strong background in audit compliance and operational finance
- Commercially astute with excellent problem-solving ability
- Advanced ERP and Microsoft Excel skills
- Confident communication style with proven leadership capability
- Willingness to travel when required
