Role Overview
AGS is hiring a high-performing Enterprise Sales Representative to drive new business across all AGS offerings.
This is a strategic consultative multi-solution role selling into:
- CEOs
- CROs
- COOs
- VPs of Sales
- RevOps Leaders
- Private Equity Operators
You will own the entire sales cycle - from outbound generation to diagnosis solution design and deal close.
We accept:
- Experienced enterprise sellers and
- Top-performing mid-market sellers capable of scaling to enterprise-level execution
This role requires commercial sharpness executive presence and the ability to structure high-value GTM transformation programs.
What youll do
Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Generation & Territory Ownership
- Build a strong North American pipeline within SaaS FinTech and Data Analytics
- Execute targeted outbound sequences LinkedIn/social selling and precision prospecting
- Use LandBase AI and RevHelix workflows to identify and engage high-propensity targets
- Create demand across all AGS services with a priority focus on RevHelix and HubSpot Implementations
2. Executive Discovery & Diagnosis
- Conduct AGS Sales Health Assessments to identify outbound pipeline training talent and CRM/RevOps gaps
- Diagnose issues in:
Lead generation
Sales process
Talent and hiring
Enablement and training
CRM structure and data integrity
- Translate findings into cohesive multi-line AGS solutions
3. Solution Architecture & Proposal Leadership
- Package multi-solution programs that include RevHelix outbound RevTalent hiring RevAcademy training and HubSpot CRM work
- Build commercial proposals with clear ROI implementation steps and measurable outcomes
- Work closely with delivery leads to ensure accurate scoping and resourcing
4. Deal Execution & Closing
- Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with discipline
- Present technical and strategic solution roadmaps
- Negotiate terms pricing and multi-phase program expansions
- Maintain rigorous forecasting and high-quality CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with practice leads (RevHelix RevTalent RevAcademy HubSpot Implementation team LandBase) to design and validate solutions
- Work with Marketing on ICP alignment messaging and outbound angles
- Provide market intelligence to support AGSs 2026 strategy execution
What youll need
Qualifications
- 6-12 years in enterprise sales (consulting SaaS RevOps CRM sales training or GTM services)
- Proven track record of closing complex consultative multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling into C-level commercial leadership
- Strong understanding of outbound systems and CRM/RevOps fundamentals
- HubSpot familiarity preferred (not required but beneficial)
