This is not a desk job.
This is not a pure management role.
This is a player-coach seat for a seasoned salesperson who still loves hunting closing traveling and building relationships and who leads by example rather than from a spreadsheet.
The Opportunity
Youll step into a platform with:
- Strong inbound demand driven by market conditions and content
- A warm book of dormant clients ready to be re-engaged
- Significant white space across HNW individuals family offices and institutions
- Leadership that wants someone to own revenue not manage activity
Top performers in this environment are generating $34M per month in net new sales.
What Youll Actually Do
This role is approximately 85% selling / 15% coaching.
Sales (Primary Focus)
- Drive net new business through outbound outreach referrals conferences and relationship-based selling podcasting knowledge selling
- Meet directly with high-net-worth individuals family offices and institutional clients
- Travel to industry events conferences and client meetings
- Re-activate legacy clients who havent been contacted in years
- Convert marketing-generated leads into long-term client relationships
- Own your pipeline and your results
Leadership (Secondary Focus)
- Coach a small sales team (currently 4 people)
- Set expectations by doing the job yourself
- Help shift the team from inbound/service to proactive selling
- Improve sales discipline pipeline visibility and CRM usage
- Identify gaps and help upgrade the team over time

Who This Role Is NOT For
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want a pure people-management position
- Avoid cold or warm outbound selling
- Expect leads to be handed to you
- Prefer remote-only work
- Need rigid structure and close supervision
Compensation and amp; Upside
- Base salary: circa $80000
- Commission: 0.15% on net new bullion sales (uncapped)
- Strong performers: OTE $130K - $145K total compensation
- Top performers: OTE $150K with upside tied directly to volume
- Commission is paid quarterly and directly linked to the sales you personally generate.
Requirements
- Strong financial markets literacy (CSC preferred but not required)
- Experience selling to HNW or sophisticated client bases
- Comfort with outbound selling travel and relationship building
- High integrity professionalism and discretion
