As part of our team in Liverpool youdplaya central rolein keeping day to day operations on track. This is an 18 month Fixed - Term opportunity where your organisation skills attention to detail and calm approach will make a real difference to how the team works together.

Whatyoullbe doing

Youllbe the go-to person for keeping things organised and moving:

  • Supporting the team with a wide range of administrative and PA style tasks
  • Preparing for meetings taking clear andaccurateminutes and sharing actions
  • Managing diaries and helping people make the best use of their time
  • Keeping the office running smoothly from equipment checks to stationery supplies
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for day to day queries and requests

About you

Organisationcommunicationand consistency those are three thingsyoullbring with you.

Youllhave:

  • Previousexperience in a team administration or similar role
  • Confidence in taking minutes and capturing key decisions and actions
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • A practical can-do approach and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the detail
