About the Role
We are hiring a Head of TikTok Commerce & Brand Scaling to own build and scale TikTok Shops and TikTok-native brands across a growing portfolio of consumer products.
This is not a content-only role.
This is a commerce-first GMV-driven leadership role for someone who has already launched and scaled brands on TikTok and understands how to turn creators trends and products into repeatable revenue.
You will fully own TikTok as a sales channel from store setup and product testing to creator strategy affiliate scaling and revenue optimization.
What Youll Own
Full ownership of TikTok Shops across multiple consumer brands
End-to-end TikTok brand launches from zero to scale
GMV growth conversion optimization and repeatable scaling systems
Creator affiliate and UGC ecosystems
Revenue forecasting performance tracking and inventory coordination
Core Responsibilities
TikTok Commerce & Store Ownership Build launch and scale TikTok Shops from the ground up
Optimize product listings pricing offers and promotions
Own GMV targets conversion rates and revenue growth
Test SKUs rapidly and scale winning products
Cold-launch new brands on TikTok using proven frameworks
Develop scalable systems for taking brands from test phase to high-volume sales
Identify trends early and capitalize quickly
Build repeatable playbooks for future brand launches
Recruit onboard and manage creators and affiliates at scale
Structure incentive programs to drive sustained sales
Track creator performance and optimize partnerships
Oversee sample inventory flow to creators and affiliates
Lead and manage direct reports across content affiliates and shop operations
Set weekly priorities KPIs and performance expectations
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews
Hold the team accountable for execution and results
Track performance dashboards and key TikTok metrics
Forecast sales and coordinate with eCommerce and operations teams
Align inventory planning with TikTok demand
Report results insights and opportunities to leadership

This role requires understanding what sells on TikTok not just how to post.
Functional Experience Direct ownership of TikTok Shops
Proven experience launching or scaling TikTok-native brands
Strong understanding of TikTok as a commerce engine
Experience managing creators affiliates or UGC teams
GMV revenue and conversion ownership
Data-driven decision making using performance dashboards
Ability to move fast in a startup-style environment
