About the Role
We are looking for a smart motivated and detail-orientedExpress Service Technician to join our this role you will perform routine maintenance and light repair services on vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Youll be the first point of contact for customers seeking quick reliable service ensuring their vehicles are safe and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations fluid checks and filter replacements.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive service experience.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer guidelines and service procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Certification as a NY state inspector a plus.
