Job Summary

Job Title : Production Support

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

Provide L1 & L2 production support for allocated projects in Wholesale Production Services
Handle batch support application support user support incident management and change management
Support automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational stability efficiency and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of Risk Management systems
Maintain documentation runbooks and standard operating procedures
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs

Requisites

Understanding of banking industry Front Office and Risk Management concepts

Hands-on experience with UNIX SQL Autosys ServiceNOW
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Desired: Python AWS ITIL certifications

Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage incidents changes and multiple priorities
