- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor assess and document patient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license (state-specific or compact as applicable).
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekend schedules.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
