Location:Hybrid one day in office in Los Angeles

Schedule/Hours:Monday-Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - On-call expected

Compensation:$70000 $85000 annually

Clover Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Advisor withpreviousexperience and love for Travel Advisor / Operations Manager is a client-facing and operationally critical role responsible for delivering seamless elevated travel experiences for a discerning luxury-focused clientele. This position blends white-glove concierge service with strong operational and administrative execution to support both clients and the business ata high level.

WhatYoullDo:

• 20-30% travel expected

• Assistwith end-to-end concierge services and logistical planning for domestic and international luxury travel

• Research and curate high-end events exclusive experiences fine dining and bespoke activities

• Track document and communicate guest preferences and special requests

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for affluent clients entrepreneurs and principals

• Collect organize andmaintainall confirmation documents and reservations

• Build detailed client-ready itineraries using theAxusplatform

• Reconfirm all travel arrangements prior to client arrival to ensure accuracy and satisfaction

• Monitor active trips and proactively address logistical issues or changes

• Performaccuratedata entry for client profiles itineraries vendors and payments

• Maintain organized internal systems documentation and workflows

• Monitor trip payment schedules and follow up on unpaid commissions as needed

• Conduct preliminary hotel destination and vendor research to support bookings

• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to leadership

• Performadditionalduties asrequiredto support business operations and a seamless luxury client experience

• Experience supporting high-level entrepreneurs principals or executives

• Background in luxury travel concierge services hospitality or executive support

• Well-traveled with firsthand exposure to luxury destinations and high-end hotels

• Strong administrative data entry and operational skill set

• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

• Polished professional and client-ready demeanor

• Highly organized dependable and proactive

Compensation:

Salaryrangebetween$70000 $85000 annually based on experience.
