Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley PA is hiring a full-time Supervisor - Roofing & Construction Sales Department to oversee and encourage success in our overall sales this management position your typical schedule will be Mon - Fri 7:00 am - 5:00 pm plus some evenings and Saturdays as necessary with a 50-55-hour work week.

• A minimum of five (5) years experience in sales AND 3 years or more experience in a management or supervisor position
• Physically capable of accessing roofs
• Some proven experience meeting sales goals and developing successful marketing plans
• You can demonstrate experience in Coaching & Mentoring: Participate in pre-call
  planning post-call debriefing encouraging consistent follow-ups and pipeline
  management
• You can motivate set goals and objectives for the team design and manage rep.
  compensation plans to foster an environment of winning
• You have demonstrated experience building accountability and managing salesperson
  activity
• You present yourself professionally in all ways and at all times are accountable and a
  consistent self-starter
• You must have prior year earnings of at least $75000
