What you will do:
As aCraniomaxillofacial (CMF)Sales Representative you will strategically promote and sell StrykerCraniomaxillofacialproducts to meet our customers needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings persuasivelydemonstratingthe value of our products. Systematically tracking yourterritoryprogress you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctorsnursesand other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You takegreat pridein excellent service and are prepared toassista customer whenever the need arises. As a Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.
The job at Strykers Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) Business Unit:
Performs field calls for the account and assigned territory (including on-call andoperating/ emergency room consultation).
Cross-sellsadditionalproducts or manages new product introductions as they become available.
Addresses any problems that arise on the account.
Supports compliance and the principles of responsibility bymaintainingthe privacy and confidentiality of information protecting the assets of the organization acting with ethics and integrity reporting noncompliance and adhering to applicable federalstateand local laws and regulations accreditation and licenser requirements and Company policies and procedures.
Works with sales management by coachingtrainingor mentoring Sales Associates as needed.
Maintains training in sales skills and products.
Remains current on industry customer and competitive trends.
Participates and attends sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours as.
What you need:
5 years in an outside sales position(medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) orBachelors Degreefrom anAccreditedUniversity (with at least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred)
Travel requirement:
Approximately 20% travel.Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive an automobile.
Physical requirements:
Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Coordination of the eyehandand foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory reading ability and memory retention
Mental requirements:
Exercise discretion and independence when applying professionalexpertise
Must be able to manage time projectsstressand conflict
Mustpossessstrong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
