Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business ensuring exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of personal lines insurance excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $51000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships providing excellent service and advocacy.
- Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policy processing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
- Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-7 years of personal lines high-net-worth account management experience required.
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty License required.
- Skills:
- Strong administrative and computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
- Self-motivated driven and able to work effectively under deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
