Job Summary
This role is to lead the definition elicitation and end-to-end lifecycle management of software requirements for Electric Power Steering. Also ensures the software development is robust compliant with automotive standards and effectively translates the system requirement into clear actionable software specifications.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Drive the complete software requirement process from elicitation and analyze to documentation traceability and rigorous change control
- Translates system requirements and architectural design into detailed clear and testable software requirements.
- Works closely with System team Software Architecture development and testing team to capture refine and validate all the software requirement.
- Ensure the software requirements quality and integrity traceability and adherence to ASPICE (SWE.1 and SWE.2) compliances.
- Implement and optimize software requirement management practices within an agile / scrum development environment
- Identify and mitigate the risks related to software requirements ensuring the project success.
Required qualifications and Experience:
- Strong experience in the development of any critical automotive embedded application software like Airbag EPS etc.
- Strong knowledge in safety and security consideration at the software requirement level.
- Familiarity with software aspects of communication protocols sensors protocols understanding on RTOS concepts
- Demonstrated experience in ASPICE specially for SWE1 for software requirement analysis and Architectural design.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with software development and testing teams.
- Proficiency with standard Software requirement management tools like DNG DOORS classic etc.
