- Maintain a clean safe and sanitary working environment
- Perform restroom and general office cleaning
- Sweep mop and sanitize facility floors
- Take out and manage trash removal on a regular schedule
- Assist with moving and setting up office furniture (desks chairs tables etc.)
- Perform light maintenance tasks and minor repairs
- Replace air filters and light bulbs as needed
- Report safety concerns accidents or injuries promptly
- Follow all company safety risk management and OSHA requirements
- Participate in safety meetings and training
- Wear required protective equipment and follow safety procedures
- Support additional duties as assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication with coworkers supervisors and vendors
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to handle physical work and fast-paced days
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma GED or equivalent experience
- 1 year of related custodial maintenance or facilities experience preferred
