CRM Updates
- Maintain and update client vendor and site-level data in the CRM on a regular basis
- Track service requests collections escalations and closures
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all CRM entries
Invoice Raising
- Prepare and raise invoices based on approved rates agreements and service delivery records
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for validation and timely billing
- Track invoice status and support collections follow-ups
Documentation
- Maintain operational and statutory documentation related to waste collection transportation processing and disposal
- Ensure proper filing of service reports and compliance-related documents
- Support audits and internal reviews through accurate documentation
Manpower Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding of operational staff including documentation ID creation and system access
- Maintain manpower records attendance data and deployment details
- Act as a point of contact for onboarding-related operational support
Data Management
- Collect organize and manage operational data from multiple sites and stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and accessibility for analysis
- Support data-driven decision-making for operations improvement
Report Making
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports
- Track key metrics such as waste quantities service performance manpower utilization and billing data
- Share insights and summaries with internal stakeholders
Event Management:
R1. To involve in client communications to get the requirement from the client
R2. To initiate MoU/Agreement and finalize costing with client ( as required)
R3. Execute the event operations with support from Project coordinators or field team as required
R4. Should raise the invoice and submit the report after 7 days of the event
Zoho CRM & Creator
- Use Zoho CRM to manage client data service workflows and escalations
- Work with Zoho Creator for custom forms operational tracking and process automation
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve system efficiency and data quality
Agreement & PO Management
- Maintain records of client agreements work orders and purchase orders
- Track agreement validity scope and commercial terms
- Ensure services are delivered as per agreed SLAs and commercial conditions
