Job Summary
Job Profile Project Engineer (System Division)
Position Title: Project Engineer
Department: System Division Manufacturing & Projects
Reporting To: Project Manager / Head System Division
Role Objective
The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning coordination and execution support of projects related to manufacturing and assembly of control panels & System integration. The role requires close coordination with clients internal teams vendors and strong followup to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
Assist in endtoend project management from order receipt to final dispatch/handover.
Prepare and track project schedules milestones and action plans.
Coordinate with design production stores quality and dispatch teams for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and technical requirements.
Client & Internal Communication
Act as a single point of contact for client coordination related to project execution.
Conduct regular followups with internal teams to close open actions.
Support project review meetings and maintain MOMs and followup trackers.
Communicate project status risks and dependencies proactively.
Technical & Manufacturing Support
Understand technical drawings BOMs specifications and wiring schematics.
Support manufacturing and assembly of electrical/control panels.
Coordinate technical clarifications between clients design and execution teams.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings standards and specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including schedules checklists and reports.
Support preparation of technical submittals test reports and project handover documents.
Update management with regular project progress reports.
Quality Safety & Compliance
Ensure project activities follow internal quality processes and safety guidelines.
Support inspection testing and final dispatch activities.
Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
Key Skills & Competencies

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Understanding of electrical/control panel systems
Basic project management knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel MS Office (ERP/Project tools preferred)
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mandatory)
MBA in Operations / Project Management Preferred
Experience in control panel manufacturing system integration or industrial projects is an advantage

Requirements
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mandatory)
MBA in Operations / Project Management Preferred
