• Define architecture drive high-stakes design (build vs. buy data models) and ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Write clean scalable code review pull requests troubleshoot complex issues and maintain application quality.
• Lead coach and grow engineers through design reviews career guidance and fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle collaborating with product/stakeholders managing timelines and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate new tech (like Generative AI) and influence roadmaps by presenting technical trade-offs to leadership.

• 7 years of proven full-stack development team leadership/mentoring and architecting complex systems.
• Strong in front-end (JS/TS Frameworks like Angular/React) back-end (Java/Python/) databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Expertise in Agile DevOps CI/CD TDD/BDD OOP principles and design patterns.
• Excellent communication problem-solving collaboration and stakeholder management.
