Job Summary

Policy making for the on-site regulation control and security of the gaming operation as authorized by the Tribal-State compact and Tribal Gaming Ordinance. Enforce the compact Ordinance and State/Federal laws relevant to gambling. Record any unusual occurrences within the gaming facilities. Establish and implement background and license procedures of all Tribal Gaming employees. Maintain confidentiality. Ensure that net revenues from any gaming activities are used for the limited purposes set forth in the tribal gaming ordinance. Enforce the National Gaming minimum internal control standards. Establish and maintain minimum internal control standards for Tribal Gaming. Supervise all announced and unannounced audits of Tribal Gaming. Maintain the integrity of Tribal Gaming through policy procedures and internal controls. Ensure the safety of all patrons employees and tribal assets. Gain knowledge and take training in all gambling games. This position is appointed by the Warm Springs Tribal Council for up to 3 years.



Requirements

A Valid Oregon Drivers License is required applicant will be subject to an extensive criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Applicant will also be subject to a financial credit check.
