Job Description & Summary:Werehiring a hands-on Test Automation Engineer who understands modern automated testing across UI API/back-end performance security andcritically -testing of LLM-driven/agentic automations and conversational agents. This person will buildrunand own automated testsuitesend-to-endvalidateagent behaviors and work with product & engineering teams tomaintainhigh quality in increasingly agent-enabled systems.

Responsibilities:

Design develop andmaintainautomated test suites forUI API backendsystemsand conversational agents (LLM-based agents).

Create and ownJMeterscripts for performance loadstressand endurance testing;analyseresults and recommend tuning.

Test andvalidateagentic workflows: multi-step agent conversations orchestration between agents failure modesrecoveryand escalation flows.

Validateconversational AI / chatbotsusing frameworks/tools such asBotiumDialogflowTestMyBot(or equivalents): intent recognition slot-filling conversation flows fallbackhandlingand NLU accuracy.

PerformUI/UX validation: visual consistency navigation flows accessibility checks and cross-browser/devicebehaviour(use BrowserStackKatalonor similar).

Build andmaintainregression suites(Selenium /Katalon/ Playwright)

Develop automated API test suites (Postman / REST-assured / custom scripts) andvalidateAPI SLAs response correctness and performance.

Integrate tests with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps) and produce actionable dashboards and test reports.

Triage defects collaborate withdevs/product onfixes and re-run automated pipelines tovalidatefixes.

Drive continuous improvement: enhance automation coverage introduce best practices for testing agentic systems and document test strategy.

Mandatory skill sets:

27 yearsof experience in software testing with strong automation exposure.

Proven hands-on experience withApacheJMeterfor performance/load testing.

Solid experience building functional automation usingSeleniumKatalonor equivalent frameworks

Experience testingconversational agents / chatbots / voice botsusing tools likeBotiumDialogflowTestMyBotor similar.

Familiarity withLLM/agent testing concepts:prompt/capability testing hallucination detection safety checks conversation drift and chain-of-thought evaluation.

Comfortable writing code/scripts inJava / Python / JavaScript / Groovyfor automation tasks.

Experience integrating tests withCI/CDpipelines and generating meaningful dashboards/reports.

Preferred skill sets:

Familiarity withLLM/agent testing concepts:prompt/capability testing hallucination detection safety checks conversation drift and chain-of-thought evaluation.
