Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (CSR/Sales Agent)
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional Licensed Property & Casualty Agent (CSR/Sales Agent) to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a family-owned boutique agency that specializes in both personal and commercial lines of insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic a professional demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. This role offers a hybrid of account servicing and sales responsibilities with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $30000 - $40000 base (depending on experience) competitive commission structure
- Benefits package paid time off professional development opportunities etc.
Responsibilities
- Service existing accounts and address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Sell new business and actively contribute to the agencys growth
- Handle mixed accounts including personal and commercial lines with premiums ranging from $5000 to over $100000
- Quote new and renewal business using agency management software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Participate in client meetings and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or account servicing preferred
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on professionalism and client service
- Software: Familiarity with EZLynx is a plus but not required (training provided)
- Personality: Eager self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
