What Youll Do:
- Become an expert in healthcare innovation startups and trends
- Build and nurture relationships with cutting-edge companies in Employer Benefits
- Build and manage a sales pipeline including outreach meetings held and deals won / lost
- Own full sales cycle from outreach to close resulting in over $500K of closed business
- Support partners and ensure they get the most out of our events and programs
- Work alongside a passionate team to bring exciting projects to life
What Were Looking For:
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset
- Someone with great organizational skills who can juggle multiple projects and priorities
- A creative thinker who loves solving problems and finding opportunities
- Someone comfortable interacting with senior executives
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Iterable
Your Background:
- A bachelors degree in Business Communications Sales or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2 years of experience in sales partnerships or a similar field.
- An interest in startups tech and innovation is a must!
