Position Summary:
The Automotive Sales Professional is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and care. This role focuses on building lasting relationships understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth transparent buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in the showroom lot or online.
Listen to and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate new and pre-owned vehicles.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Present financing leasing and warranty options clearly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of Ford products features and industry trends.
Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.
Work closely with the sales and management team to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
Ensure compliance with all dealership processes and Ford Motor Company standards.
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience a plus.
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated goal-driven and eager to learn.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
