Inside Sales Supervisor

A fast growing home improvement company is expanding its inside sales operation to support continued growth across multiple markets. The Inside Sales Supervisor leads and supports a team of Inside Sales Representatives in a high volume call center environment. This is a hands on leadership role focused on coaching performance management and daily execution to ensure the team consistently meets its goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve daily weekly and monthly performance goals
  
• Conduct regular call reviews and provide clear actionable feedback to improve quality consistency and conversion
  
• Maintain high energy and engagement across the team in a fast paced environment
  
• Support onboarding training and ramp up of new hires
  
• Monitor performance metrics and address gaps through coaching and real time execution
  
• Partner with management and team leads to develop future leaders
  
• Maintain flexibility in schedule to support team needs including evenings or weekends when required
  
• Act as a culture leader by modeling accountability adaptability and professionalism
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams in a call center inside sales collections or customer service environment
  
• Strong coaching skills with experience reviewing calls and providing feedback
  
• High energy competitive mindset and strong emotional intelligence
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced growth oriented environment
  
• Flexibility with schedule and availability
  
• Experience managing or supporting teams of 10 or more preferred
