- Work Mode: 5 days a week in NY office onsite

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the Japanese-speaking market.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose comprehensive IT solutions utilizing technologies
- Conduct pre-sales activities including technical presentations proof-of-concept demonstrations and solution assessments to support sales efforts.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate resources effectively to ensure seamless implementation of client solutions.
- Provide detailed analysis of client infrastructure needs offering expert advice on network architecture security protocols and cloud migration strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive offerings to position our solutions as innovative market leaders.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the IT industry particularly involving enterprise networking or cloud services.
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including routing switching firewalls VPNs and security protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations to diverse audiences.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client environments critically and recommend optimal solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English is essential for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
