Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Hyannis MA.

Schedule & Shifts:
40 hours per week
8- or 10-hour shifts
Shift Time: 06:45 AM 03:15 PM / 05:15 PM
First Contract: No weekends or call
Second Contract: One weekend per schedule with call

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Massachusetts RN license (Required)
Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience (Required)
BLS certification (Required)

Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate plans of care
Administer and monitor medications and patient responses
Communicate effectively with surgeons anesthesia and care teams
Maintain accurate documentation in computerized nursing systems
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Support OR coordination staffing and daily operational needs
Ensure compliance with safety infection control and hospital policies
Maintain professional standards confidentiality and ongoing competency
